3 Easy Ways to Wear Prom Hair Accessories

Here are 3 ways that you can use a hair accessory to make you feel like the queen at your prom!

1) Hair down and a Statement Headband

This is possibly one of the easiest ways to incorporate a hair accessory into your prom look.

A statement headband feels a bit like wearing a crown on such a special day. It is a simple way to add so much to your outfit and make you feel fabulous.

Go for a colourful headband like we have here, and it can work with so many outfits!

If you prefer something more neutral - go for a pearl headband, a gold headband or a silver headband. 

 2) Half up half down with a Hair Clip or a Hair Comb

Another super simple way to add a hair accessory to a half up half down hairstyle is with a hair clip or comb. 

An unusual option is a comb which just slides in at any place you’d like. I personally think with this hairstyle it looks gorgeous at the back in a half up half down hair style like the one above. 

You could also use a slightly bigger hair clip that is more decorative if that’s more your style, maybe even a pop of colour. Either way it will have you feeling and looking fabulous.

 3) Keep it sleek with some Sparkly Hair Slides

If you aren’t looking for something so bold hair slides are a great way to keep your hair sleek while adding some sparkle to your outfit. Try these black slides for an extra sleek look. 

Just pop them in at the front, sides, or back of the head (as we have here) to keep your hair out of your face while you dance the night away with some added sparkle.
