We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange your accessory, then don't hesitate to get in touch with us, and we will be happy to help.
Please notify us within 14 days of receipt, if you wish to return your accessory for a refund. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will usually reply within an hour, or at the latest within one business day. You can also telephone 07391 461 390 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after notification of the return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return meets our guidelines, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please be aware there is often some processing time before a refund is posted by your bank.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
