Free Standard UK Shipping over £40

UK Free Standard Shipping is dispatched the next business day (unless we email you or call you to notify you otherwise, or unless stated in your product title).

UK orders are delivered via UK Royal Mail Tracked 48. They are delivered within 2-4 business days, and do not require a signature. 

For Orders Under £40 UK Shipping is £3.50 and is UK Royal Mail Tracked 48.

As above - dispatched the same, or next working day (unless we email you or call you to notify you otherwise, or unless stated in your product title). 

UK Next Working Day Shipping is £6.95

UK orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be delivered the next working day, using Royal Mail Special Delivery. 

A signature is required for UK Next Working Day Delivery Orders. 

****Free Next Working Day Delivery for Orders over £100****

There is an admin fee of £5 if you return part or all of an order that qualified for free delivery. It is the cost difference between 1st class and Next Day delivery.

Please Note:

Orders placed after 2pm, or on the weekend, or a bank holiday, will be processed the next working day (and delivered in 2 working days).

(So if you order on a Sunday for example, your order will be delivered on Tuesday).

Please note a signature is required for Next Working Day Delivery Orders.

International Standard Shipping to EU, the Rest of Europe* and Ireland

For orders to the EU and the rest of Europe, we pre-pay your import duties and send the order via DPD.

Because of the administration involved in this, there is a minimum order charge of £70 for orders to the EU and rest of Europe. 

Your order is dispatched within 1 business day, delivered within 7 days.

International Standard Shipping to North America - £6 but you pay any import duties

Dispatched within 1 business day, delivered within 4 – 11 days.

Please note for international customers in North America: you are responsible for any import charges or taxes.

International Orders are delivered via Royal Mail International Tracked services (where available). 

Royal Mail do offer a duty-paid service which we use, so your taxes are likely to be pre-paid on arrival.

International Standard Shipping to the Rest of the World - £20 but you pay any import duties

• Rest of World dispatched within 1 business day, delivered within 4 – 15 days (although to some countries this can be longer).

Please note for international customers in the rest of the World: you are responsible for any import charges or taxes. 

Sadly, we have had issues when shipping to some countries in the rest of the World where they simply did not arrive, even if tracked. As a result, we need to use a courier for those countries, which makes our costs much higher. We therefore only accept orders that are over £65 in value. We apologise for the situation, and we are grateful for your support.

International Orders are delivered via DPD or via Royal Mail International Tracked services (where available).

Upgraded International Shipping Services

Worldwide orders: Expedited delivery within 5 days is available, and costs £40. This service is not available to countries in the EU. 

Delivery will be made via a courier. Please leave your phone number for the courier if you choose this option. It is possible we may have to contact you to arrange extra shipping fees over those charged, as worldwide courier charges vary so greatly.
