How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping
Standard shipping is sent the next business day unless we email you to notify of any changes. UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail 1st class so they are delivered between 2-4 business days.
UK next working day shipping
UK orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be delivered the next working day using Royal Mail special delivery (this will require a signature).
Please note: Orders placed after 1pm, or on the weekend, or a bank holiday will be processed the next working day and be delivered in 2 working days. Please note a signature is required for next working day delivery orders.
International standard shipping to EU and Ireland
For orders to the EU: to make shopping with us at QueenMee as seamless as possible, we pay your import duties for you in advance. This means we need to charge a £17/€19.99 delivery fee.
These orders are dispatched within 1 business day and delivered within 4-11 days.
International Standard Shipping to North America - £6 but you pay any import duties
These orders are dispatched within 1 day, delivered within 4 – 15 days.
Please note for international customers outside the EU: you are responsible for any import charges or taxes.
International Orders are delivered via Royal Mail International Tracked services (where available).
International Standard Shipping to the Rest of Europe* and the Rest of the World - £20 but you pay any import duties
These orders are dispatched within 1 day, delivered within 4 – 15 days (although to some countries this can be longer).

International Orders are delivered via Royal Mail International Tracked services (where available).
Upgraded International Shipping Services
Worldwide orders: Expedited delivery within 5 days is available, and costs £17 to the USA, £25 to the rest of the world.
Delivery will be made via a courier. Please leave your phone number for the courier if you choose this option. It is possible we may have to contact you to arrange extra shipping fees over those charged, as worldwide courier charges vary so greatly.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free over £25 but if the order is under £25, then the standard shipping cost is £2.95.
UK next working day is £5.95 but if your order is over £50 then you are entitled to free next day delivery
International standard shipping to the EU is £17/€19.99 as we pay your import duties for you to make your shopping experience more seamless.
International standard shipping to North America is £6 as we do not pay your import duties for you so you are responsible for any import charges or taxes.
International standard shipping to the Rest of Europe and the Rest of the World is £20 as we do not pay your import duties for you so you are responsible for any import charges or taxes.
Upgraded international shipping prices for expedited delivery within 5 days is £25 for the USA and £35 for EU, Europe and the rest of the world.
What is QueenMee’s Returns policy?
If for any reason you change your mind on your purchase or would like to exchange it, do not hesitate to get in contact with us.
We have a 14 day return policy from day of receipt if you wish to return your accessory for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and be returned in the original packaging.
Once we have received your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you. If your return meets our guidelines, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 3 days.
If you haven’t received your refund, please be aware that there is often some processing time before a refund is posted by your bank. However if you have allowed time, please contact us at hello@queenmee.com and we will get back to you within a few hours and no longer than 1 business day.
Exchanges
Please let us know if you would like to exchange your unworn accessory within 30 days of receipt, by emailing hello@queenmee.com.
What is QueenMee's return address?
To return or exchange your accessory, you should mail it to: QueenMee Accessories, The Courtyard Unit 6B, 1st Floor, Furlong Road, Bourne End, SL8 5AU.
Do you offer gift wrapping services?
We do offer a gift wrapping service here at QueenMee and we take great pride in it.
Every single order comes lovingly gift wrapped by our team at QueenMee. Whether this is a treat for yourself or a gift for a loved one, we want it to be a special experience when you receive a package from our small business!
We are also more than happy to write a gift message for you if you wish. Please just add this message in your cart.
It's very important to us too that we respect the environment in wrapping our gifts. We have carefully sourced all of our gift packaging, so that it is re-usable, recyclable, and made from recycled materials wherever possible.
Our gift boxes are made in the UK, from recycled materials where possible.
Our printed ribbon is made from recycled bottles.
Our QueenMee printed tissue paper is made from FSC certified sources.
How to get in contact with the QueenMee team?
At QueenMee we are always around to help with any questions or queries you may have. If you ever do need us, do not hesitate to contact us. We are in the studio during school hours so we can be reached between 9am-3pm but we will try and answer any questions whenever we can.

Can I buy QueenMee Accessories in person?
At our Bourne End studio, we are not set up to have our gorgeous customers come and buy our accessories but we are now doing pop up shops where you can come and see us! We have a whole page of Pop up dates where you can see where we are and how long we are popping up for.

How can I get ideas on how to style my hair accessories?
No worries, if you’re feeling a bit stuck on how to style your accessories, we have so many avenues to help you!
Your first stop should be our blog. We have lots of different posts on how to style certain headbands or for different occasions.
We also have pages on how to style different hair types and different hair accessories.
Where are QueenMee accessories made?
At QueenMee we don’t personally hand make the accessories, however we design our collections. Some of our gorgeous pieces are made in China and India by very talented women in female-owned factories. We are also working on getting a UK supplier for some of our headbands to help us, as a company, be more environmentally conscious.
How can I get added to the mailing list?
If you scroll right down to the bottom of our website, you will see a section for Exclusive Member's Promos. That will sign you up to our weekly newsletter where you can get exclusive discounts that only our newsletter members have access to, as well as styling tips and our favourite QueenMee pieces for the week!
