Terms & Conditions for Online Class

Welcome to QueenMee, by Amanda Waterstone! By registering for our free class, “3 Ways to Feel More Vibrant, Visible and Authentically You,” you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before signing up.

1. Event Overview

The class is hosted by QueenMee Accessories Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and presented by Amanda Waterstone. It’s a free, live online event designed to inspire you. Participation is voluntary and free of charge.

2. Registration

To attend the class, you’ll need to provide your name and email address through our registration form. By registering, you:

  • Confirm that your details are accurate and your own;
  • Agree to receive email updates about the class, as well as related QueenMee content, offers, and resources (you can unsubscribe at any time, and we will never share your details).

3. Access & Attendance

Once registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your unique class access link.

Please note:

  • Access links are personal and not to be shared publicly.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or remove access to anyone behaving in a way that is disruptive, disrespectful, or in breach of these Terms.

4. Recording & Replay

The class may be recorded for replay or promotional purposes. Cameras for attendees will be switched off in the class. You will be able to see Amanda Waterstone and the presentation materials. By attending, you agree that:

  • Your comments (if visible) may appear in the recording;
  • QueenMee retains all rights to the recording and related materials.

If you prefer, you can choose to watch the replay instead of attending live.

5. Intellectual Property

All class content — including slides, visuals, text, and materials — is owned by QueenMee Accessories Ltd and protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or repurpose any part of the class content without our written permission.

6. Disclaimer

This class is for educational and inspirational purposes only. We do not make any guarantees about personal transformation. Any examples shared are illustrative and not promises of future success.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QueenMee Accessories Ltd will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from your participation in the class or reliance on its content.

8. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and never share your details with third parties without consent.

9. Changes or Cancellation

We reserve the right to change the date, time, or content of the class, or to cancel it due to unforeseen circumstances. If changes occur, we’ll notify all registered participants via email.
