Shipping policy

We offer a Free Shipping service when you spend over £40. Otherwise shipping is £3.50. For both of these services, our parcels are dispatched either the same day, or the next working day, and sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48. This means if you are based in the UK your package will arrive within 2 to 5 working days of your order. 

The next working day delivery option is available to purchase on the next page, and costs £6.95. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day, and delivered the next working day, by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Please note a signature is required for Next Working Day Delivery Orders.

If you order after 2pm, or on a weekend, or a bank holiday, your order will be processed the next working day, and delivered in 2 working days. (So if you order on a Sunday, for example, your order will be delivered on Tuesday).

Saturday Delivery is available at checkout for orders placed on Friday before 2pm, and costs £17. Your order will arrive by 1pm on Saturday via Royal Mail Special Delivery. A signature is required. 

If your delivery address is outside the UK, your parcel will be dispatched the next working day, using a tracked postal service, where tracking is available. It will usually arrive a week to two weeks after you placed your order. However international orders can sometimes take longer to arrive as they have to travel through customs.

If your delivery address is outside the UK, you can upgrade your shipping to a courier service, which will arrive more quickly. Upgraded international shipping is available to purchase on the next page.
